Introducing Imrana Sahar as a leading member and an esteemed ambassador of Girls Fly! Pakistan.
Imrana hails from the picturesque region of Chitral and is currently pursuing her ACCA qualifications. Her academic journey is nothing short of remarkable. She has consistently been a top performer earning numerous accolades along the way.
Beyond academics, Imrana’s passion for social work and business acumen set her apart. She dreams of giving back to society and seeing Pakistan prosper, a vision she is dedicated to fulfilling. Imrana’s dedication caught the attention of the Sister2Sister Exchange Program, which selected her among 22 exceptional females from Pakistan for a summer schooling opportunity at Pitzer College in the USA.
Introducing Sabahat Tanveer as a leading member and an esteemed ambassador of Girls Fly! Pakistan. Ms.Tanveer is a distinguished professional with a strong academic background in microbiology and has recently graduated as a top performer gold medalist.
Her exceptional academic abilities are complemented by her excellent leadership and communication skills. Notably, she has participated in prestigious international exchange programs in the United States and successfully led a United Nations-funded project focused on “Leading Change: Empowering Women”. Ms. Tanveer’s dedication to women’s empowerment and growth is evident through her involvement with various organizations and community projects dedicated to this noble cause.
Introducing Barraq Sohail as a leading member and an esteemed ambassador of Girls Fly! Pakistan. Barraq is a social sciences student from Lahore and has recently completed her bachelor's in International Relations as a Gold Medalist. She has a passion for foreign affairs and diplomacy; however, when she is not busy analyzing govt policies, she finds interest in being connected to her community.
Barraq has divergent experience with working in NGOs and initiating community service programs. Her academic excellence and her aim to drive change were acknowledged by the Sister2Sister Exchange Program, who chose her for a fully funded scholarship at Georgetown University Summer Honors Program 2023.
During this transformative experience, she met the CEO of GirlsFly Ms. Gael Sylvia Pullen, developed a deep connection with her, and inspired her to bring GirlsFly to Pakistan.
As she embarks on this new journey with GirlsFly Pakistan, Imrana is excited to launch initiatives that will foster positive change in her community. Her story is one of breaking stereotypes, demonstrating resilience, and striving for excellence. We are happy to have her as a valuable part of Girls Fly! Pakistan; inspiring and empowering women to achieve their full potential.
Introducing Ayesha T. as a leading member and an esteemed ambassador of Girls Fly! Pakistan. Ayesha Tahir Awan, is a recent Computer Science graduate from the International Islamic University, Islamabad. She is an alumna of the Sister2Sister Exchange Program 2023. She was placed at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Her previous experiences include community work with MLSA and serving as the lead for GDSC IIUI. Ayesha has the experience of working at the Pak-US Alumni network as an intern. She has a love for coding and enjoys turning ideas into software systems. As a fun loving person she enjoys doodling and watching sci-fi series.
Ayesha is working among the core team as head of outreach and event management at GF! Pakistan. We are happy to have her as a valuable part of Girls Fly! Pakistan; inspiring and empowering women to achieve their full potential.
She was also part of the third cohort of the renowned Sister2Sister Exchange Program during which she attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Added to her profile, she is a talented graphic
designer. She is a part of the core team and uses her skills to lead the girls fly USA social media and lead its content strategies. We are happy to have her as a valuable part of Girls Fly! Pakistan; inspiring and empowering women to achieve their full potential.
Since her return, Barraq has been working with her peers to develop and grow the platform of Girls Fly! Pakistan. She is a part of the core team as the lead strategist and is currently working on the organization's
Corporate Affairs. We are happy to have her as a valuable part of Girls Fly! Pakistan; inspiring and empowering women to achieve their full potential.
